COHED is looking for a candidate who
is qualified for the post of Deputy Chief of Party to implement the
project “ USAID Community HIV Link- Northern Coast” in Hai Phong, Nghe An and
Quang Ninh provinces.

Salary scale: from 1,500 USD to 2,200 USD

Key
responsibilities will include:
- Assist Chief of Party (COP) in coordinating work plans and in
responding to stakeholder requests for information;
- Liaise with donor, local authorities, other partners
and stakeholders for the project implementation.
- Prepare
all project related
reports and documents to USAID and Government of Vietnam within the framework of the project
- Provide
technical expertise and support to programmatic teams, including
identifying and promoting clear communications on issues of programmatic
activities, compliance, and documentation
- Other responsibility requested by COP

A minimum of a Master’s degree in management,
development and/or health, or a related field;
·
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in
HIV/AIDS prevention and control, and at least four years of program/project
management experience. Previous experience in working with USAID funded
program is preferable;
·
Strong communication skills and excellent English
language.
