 Position

COHED is looking for a candidate who
is  qualified for the post of  M&E Specialist  to joint technical team to implement the
project “ USAID Community HIV Link- Northern Coast” in Hai Phong, Nghe An and
Quang Ninh provinces.

Scope
of work

Key
responsibilities will include:

·        
Support data collection activities, survey work
and analytical sessions undertaken in the project;

·        
Ensure effective and timely data collection and
survey;

·        
Monitor implementation of activities and reporting
on outputs as a basis for management decision making;

·        
Review and evaluation activities;

·        
Provide and instruct M&E requirements to the
project’s partner inline with USAID rules;

·        
Make sure all data collected are fit in the
National M&E system;

·        
Act as AIDtracker Plus of the project;

 Qualification Requirements

·        
Hold a university degree in Economics or
Development Management;

·        
At least 3 years of progressive responsibility in
M&E and/or computer based data management, processing;

·        
Familiar with quantitative and qualitative
research methods, and M&E data collection Methodologies

·        
Proven experience in database design, development
and management;

·        
Excellent writing, documentation and communication
skills in English;

·        
Experience with supporting timely and accurate
reporting of project progress;

·        
Demonstrated training and facilitation skills in
support of M&E activities;

·        
Willingness and ability to travel frequently in
the action area;

·        
Advance computer skills and applications
