Consensus workshop of
Community HIV Link – Northern Coast project in Quang Ninh Province

On 26^th
March, COHED center in collaboration with Quang Ninh Provincial HIV/AIDS
Prevention Center conducted the consensus workshop of Community HIV Link –
Northern Coast project. There were over 80 representatives from difference
organizations atteding to the meeting such as Department of Health, Provincial
Police, HTC, OPC and community based organiztions. Ms. Le Thi Hoa – Director of
Quang Ninh Provincial HIV/AIDS Prevention Center gave her engouraging speech on
the cooperation between PAC and OPC, HTC for project acitivites.
