The Center for Community Health and Development
(COHED) is a Vietnamese non-profit, non-governmental organisation dedicated to
improving the quality of life of Vietnam’s most vulnerable people via research,
support interventions, capacity building and policy advocacy.
COHED is receiving financial supports from the USAID
to implement the “USAID Community HIV Link – Northern Coast” in Vietnam in the
period of 2014-2017. The project aims to build a sustainable response to
HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Hai Phong, Quang Ninh and Nghe An and will
focus on improving quality of HIV/AIDS services provided by community based
organizations (CBOs) and civil social organizations (CSOs) in these three

SCOPE OF WORK
a thorough understanding of the project objectives, overall strategy and
activities, as well as USAID’s requirements and expectations for the project
COHED team in the process of the first year work plan development and program
description editing to make sure that the final program description and work
plan meet USAID’s requirements.
English version of major training and communication materials developed by
COHED under the project.
in project management and planning and knowledgeable about HIV/AIDS prevention.
written and oral communication skills.
be comfortable working in a fast paced and intense working environment.
are the final first year work plan, final program description, training
materials and communication materials approved by USAID.
